The current situation of our state of health, according to the WHO
"70% of our diseases may be traced back to incorrect and incomplete nutrition."
Thanks to our modern dietary culture, industrial scale food production and fast food (empty calorie sources) our foods possess a very high degree of toxins and a very low useful content. A diet rich in fat, starch and sugar may form a fertile soil to implant parasites and fungi in the body.
Kitchen technology may also degrade the utilisation of nutrition. We overbake-overcook our food. Roasts, grilled, fried or burnt foods also may increase the risk. The incorrect pairing of foods may initiate a fermentation process in the stomach and a process of rot in the intestines (e.g.: the consumption of sweets or fruits after eating protein-rich foods).
Food industry additives (preservatives, artificial flavour enhancers, colouring agents), residual herbicides and pesticides, heavy metals and fungicides may be able to generate a quiescent tumour cell.
Smoking, drug use and the heavy use of medication (antibiotics) may weaken the immune system. The environment is polluted with industrial wastes which may lead to the degradation of the soil and drinking water.
The fertility of our agricultural land area decreased significantly (acidification), therefore the mineral content of our crops also decreased. Genetically engineered fruits and vegetables, artificially stored and ripened in storage tanks cannot get appropriate access to vitamins either.
Our bodies are hungry for quality nutrition!
- Due to incorrect diet 60% of the population is overweight.
- Every second human being dies of a circulatory ailment.
- Nearly 60 thousand new cancer patients are diagnosed annually and close to 33 thousand die of the disease. According to the latest WHO prognosis, an additional, nearly 50% increase may be expected by 2020, which means that annually as many as 10 million people will die of this disease worldwide.
„While we have it, we do not consider our health a valuable commodity; once it’s gone, we would give everything to get it back.”
Today the primary reason for the most frequent health problems may be the chronic lack of materials assisting the nutrition, vitality and regeneration of cells in the body: a shortfall state. It is true that we get full as we eat, but our cells actually starve, since our diet does not convey the nutrition required for optimal operation to our cells. This way the balance in our bodies is disrupted, the initial symptoms may arise even while still young; these symptoms may include exhaustion, sleeping disorders, hair loss, allergies, etc., even various organ degradations.
Humanity has known herbs and herb extracts for thousands of years because they searched for, sought for the secret of eternal youth and health.
Dr. Schnaubel and Dr. Koehler have been studying the active ingredients in wheatgrass juice as early as the 1930s. Ann Wigmore, the author of the book “Wheatgrass,” the founder of the by now world famous Hippocrates Health Institute, in her book wrote that: nearly 30 years ago “incurable” patients could be treated successfully with wheatgrass juice therapy. Wheatgrass has slowly become one of the world’s most sought after and popular miracle herbs to preserve one’s health. But what could a simple grass and its juice accomplish, why has it been called a miracle herb…
