Directions for use: In the morning after waking up 1 qty packet, if possible, prior to breakfast, since absorption is more complete on an empty stomach. There is no need to dilute the juice, so it may be consumed in its original state. In the interest of a more pleasurable consumption it is worthwhile to store it refrigerated, but it is not required to do so.
